Right now our company can pick up the phone and dial #8035 and get one of our remote locations. I need to change the number, however. I have checked the abbreviated dial areas and I can't find it anywhere. The number #8035 dials is not in there. Where else can I look?
Where is this feature located. Our Auto Attnd recording states press 6 for a directory listing. I need to know how to access this. Is it an extension? Please let me know.

Cor 10 is what our customer service group is using. It is set up to be an observer and can be observed. I did disp fea and noticed that service observing listen only is 188
and service observing listen and talk is 189. How do I use this now. What would I dial to listen to...
