    Installing a new version of Navisphere Manager and clicked yes to remove configuration files. Yes it was a dumb dumb and yes it was late at night. How do I get them back, or what is the process of creating a new file.

    ZIP File lockup

    It spits the tape out and just holds on the zip file while trying to backup. The zip file is on the server. It also does it with bkf file. It will just show that this is the file it was trying to backup. and it says loading media. When i put a tape backin it fails the backup....

    BackUp Hangs

    This is something that has been happening to me on Multiple Servers that I use this software. This is happening on a SQL Server and File Server. When I go to back up a Backup Directory either Ghost or BACKUP NTor 2000 version it hangs. I look at the log and it shows this file. Spits the tape...
