    If its under system parameters customer options you need a high level login like init to change it. When I worked for Lucent we called that the money screen because we couldn't make changes from the craft login, it had to come from Denver tech support.

    Avaya 8300 IP switch--Log question

    I have a Avaya 8300 IP switch with 9630 sets. When user checks logs calls that were hang ups it shows in log. Calls that covered to voice mail don't show up in log. At another location, same switch with 9620 sets, calls that cover to voice mail show up in the log. Does anyone know is this...

    alarm on attendant console

    Depending on the version software you can do the command "test alarm clear". If the alarm is actually gone that will turn light off.
