Hello
I have a customer with a Definty I can't remember the software version off the top of my head but it doesn't have a license file so to it's prior to R10.
I need a couple of QSIG Optional Features (Basic Call Setup and Basic Supplementary Services) turning on, will Avaya still do this?
Many thanks
Alan

unlikley, but there are ways. Really need to know the software level

Just heard back from the customer.
R010i.01.0.032.3
Sorry I thought it was older.
Is there still a way?
Many thanks
Alan

I can't help you with that release, but you may just scrape in with Avaya. Call your Dealer.

Thanks Nick.
Just out of interest at what version would you be able to help?

Good to know, thanks again Nick.
Just to let you know I've put a request into our distributor, I'll let you know what happens.

If its under system parameters customer options you need a high level login like init to change it. When I worked for Lucent we called that the money screen because we couldn't make changes from the craft login, it had to come from Denver tech support.

Avaya said no, so an upgrade to CM6 is the only way.
