I had to get that password reset before, i did need to call avaya and get a ticket open. it only took about 30 mins to get it reset. unless you want to reinstall CND
We are haing a problem with our Corporate Directory and it is not showing all the names that are in the csv file.
Using 1140E phones and the CS is up to date for patchs.
Any one else seen this problem?
TM does not work with 7.5.
Corp Dir in 7.5 needs to be handled by Subsriber Manager. You should be able to edit the file before before uploading to the Call server.

Corporate Directory being generated with scriber manager. CPDir0.csv file out of alphabetical order. After being sorted and uploaded , we need to go into PDT and run INIT_CORP_DIR and UPDATE_CORP_DIR to get the corp dir to show up on the phones.
