    Recipients Received Emails Multiple Times

Not that I can find. The email address list in this case was imported from an excel spreadsheet. I checked the spreadsheet for duplicates and for hidden cells with duplicates and it came up clean.

    Recipients Received Emails Multiple Times

Recently someone in our company sent out a broadcast email to about 8000 recipients. A handful received the email multiple times some 20, 40, 50, and up to 100 times, while most only received a single email. Exchange tracking shows that only a single email was sent per recipient. How to close an open port

Thanks for the netstat help. That was exactly what I needed. Oddly enough the process using the port is tmlisten.exe and that process belongs to the virus scanner I am using (Officescan by Trend Micro). The question now is why would Trend use a port that is well know for trojans.

How to close an open port

Not sure how to tell what process is listening. When running a netstat -a command, it lust lists it as listening. Antivirus and spyware are squared away. I found the port open by running a vulnerability scan.

    Last Logged on Screen

In a Windows 2000 domain, does anyone know of a way to display the last logged in user ID and the date and time it was logged in? I would like for this window to pop whenever a user logs on to their PC. Thanks, Steve

By double mapping I mean this: In the user's account profile there is an entry for mapping the home folder. Ex: H: \\japan\is In the login script there is a statement to map H: to the homeshare (which should be pulled from the account profile) Here's the script...

I disabled the anti-virus with no increase in speed. When I did the first test, I disconnected the 100MB cards from the network. There was no increase in speed.
