I have seen the same problem on a Windows 2003 server. I was because Microsoft used the same ports as the voicemail pro.
We found out that we could restart the DNS server to get som new ports, the it worked until the next time the server was restarted and the server used the ports.

I have tried to connect to all ip adresses that the bases have. In total 4 different ip adresses. But none of them will let me connect to the master base. All the bases is in the same physical location, and in the same subnet.

I had the same problem. All my short codes disappeared when I tried to connect with a extra VMPro client, but the call flows still worked. I just created the short codes again, and the callflow came back so I could see them again.
