Interestingly we were able to apply VMS coverage rings #321 changes to other extensions, so in order to get this finished we just moved the person who needed the fewer rings to another extension. then when we tried #399 to copy the successful extension over the stubborn extension, it still did...

Have used #321 to reduce rings at a particular extension from 2 (factory setting) to 1 and yet that extension continues to ring 5 times when call comes from Partner Voice Messaging PC Card. I'm scratching my head. I would really appreciate your assistance. thank you
