It is possible that your static IP address for your DSL has been blocked by p1-0.chcgil1-cr1.bbnplanet.net [4.24.5.242] it is probably load balancing and chucked you off, to test this ask your ISP if you can change your IP (unless you need it)

We can not recieve mail in our exchange 5.5 server, last week one of our sales guys sent an email shoot to his customer database one e-mail with 7000cc's this totally clogged up the server, we have cleared the queue but now we are not getting any mail in, our server is always too busy.
