Sounds like you may need to clear MWI on the PBX.
I've had the opposite happen (message lights won't go out) after a prolonged power outage.
Try "clear amw all" - if you're sure none are working...

Anyone know if it's possible to collect digits (call prompter) from a conference member other than the conference originator.
I.E. - Call center agent conferences a customer with an extension that covers to a vector with a collect digits step. Is there some way to allow/enable digit collection...
You have to get the 'generic' on it. Hmm, been a while since I've played with an SI. For a G3R with optical drives all you have to do is a 'back disk full' to write the generic.
