I have a client on MM 4.0 with Exchange 2003 in production. I am installing/upgrading to a new MM 5.2 S8800 to exchange 2010. I am installing parallel and we are migrating users 1 by 1. My question. I am using the same service account and permissions account. Can i install this on new MAS's...

Sorry Allow me to elaborate - VP is dialing through SIP trunk to SES - CM for outbound calling campaigns. I am trying to now change from embedded SES to Session Manager and cannot get the trunk group up?
I have a good one....
VP 4.1 is using SIP trunking to G450 SES Server. We need to move them from that to Session Manager. I setup CM for a SIP trunk and Signalling group. In SM I added the SIP entity. The SIP Trunk will not come up for whatever reason? What am I missing any thoughts?
Anyone know how to login to this? I setup the application and can login via telecommuter but it comes to a user login and password screen that i have no idea on what to login as or where to change it?
