The speeddials form that is referred to by tlpeter and dryaquaman is found under system administration tool correct? Once you log into system administration tool select view alphabetically and scroll down to "system speed calls"? Then I see 4 columns

I am still confused. :) For example, if I have internal extension 2910 and I want to assign it a DID number so outside clients can call that extension how do I add that DID number to the internal number? So one Mitel 5312 phone will have an internal extension and DID number.
