    Well now that makes sence.. My other customer is 100% Auto Attendant Answer so it works for them. I guess I will do the loop around to a CO port and do it that way. Just seems to 1985 of a solution. Thanks for your help.

    I checked that already and each of the 6 VM ports all return to themselves. This is not always handled by the AA. Most of the time the receptionist answers and transfers the caller to Ext 71.
