Hello When scheduling a pdf extract to an email address I am trying to add an extension to the report. Use Specific Name eg %SI_STARTTIME% it does not work - the export works but does not come out as pdf. If I ignore the add on extensions then it works. Any Ideas

I have a crystal report with sub report and the report runs fine and can see the data from subreport in my development area. However, when I save to BO Enterprise XI and then run the report I can see the data in the main report but not from the sub report. Any Ideas? Regards

Hello When I develop my crystal report locally and export to PDF the dates on the legend for the graph are fine - eg 2009 - 2010 etc. However, when I save to BO CEnterpise XI and then run the report from the portal the dates on the legends come out as 2009,00 etc - really annoying. Any ideas

When I go to change rights re the following I get this message and not yet brave enough to clik OK. Groups Everyone Users Administrator Rights Everyone Advanced ....Change Delete Objects to Not Specified .. Ithen get the prompt Full inheritance has been enabled, and all explicit rights removed...
