I think the real question here is how can you change the domain on the UM8500. I'm being told its hard coded into the s/w disks from NEC, so if you buy a used system you don't get the license for the vm s/w?
We're converting from comdial to NEAX 2100. The system is working but the vm is a seperate box running the AD120 s/w voice mail solution. I believe they're now calling it the UM8500.
Anyway both NEC and our local NEC support are telling us we need the original disks that were cut for this...
