Mailbox name refuses to change
Hello, I am rather new to using Nortel systems and I feel its pretty straight forward and easy. I have been able to update many different mailbox names, i.e Jon Doe ext 222 for months, as people change offices. It seems I have come across 2 lines that refuse to let me change the info.
