Andy, You are absolutely right the flash file that is loaded is "c870-advsecurityk9-mz.124-20.T5.bin". If I understand correctly I need Advanced IP Services to get it working? Is there anyway to upgrade it? Or do I need some kind of license? Excuse my questions I am new to Cisco products. Harold -
