    The model is MLX 20L and we looked but there is no Red Button near the power plug in. Please could you be a little more specific as we are novices in this. Thank you.

    Please help! Our voicemail is stuck to an outside line and we do not know how to disconnect it so we can use our voice mail system. When we try to access the voicemail system it beeps like there is someone on the line on the voicemail and does not let us check voicemail. This is happening...
