I see where it asks for the X axis labels and I just tried that for fun but it will start at 18 and stop at 24. I will explain what I need in case it's not possible, I don't want to waste anyone's time....

Sorry about not being more specific. The user is using her own copy. People are opening this blank template (it's still an .xls file) and then doing a save as on their own directories ,filling out the form and printing it.

No, there are no macros. This is a spreadsheet I created to be copied and used by several people. It's actually just one person that is having the problem. I've tried different printers,no luck.

I have several spreadsheets in Excel that when printed there
are certain cells that will just not print. I cleared all formats and contents and retype in the cell but that does not work. The cells all around print. It is very strange.
If you copy and paste the worksheet it does not help...
