Hi folks I am trying to activate the command: OPEN VOICE SESSION CP_q2_Bdct_gv PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT IIIP_GRS_IVR_Closed END VOICE SESSION But when I do so I receive the error: 4100 Error: An undefined identifier is encountered.
