Do you really need to buy fax channels? Per say? You just need to "configure", say 2 fax channels in the CS1000. Correct?
My assumption was the only thing that you really needed to purchase was the faxing keycodes.
Let me know,
Thanks,
Jason
I've got a quick question about CallPilot Fax licensing and how it works.
OK, so we have a CS1000E R5.50 and a CallPilot 600r server R5.0. So we currently have 50 IP Phones with 50 Desktop Messaging licenses. So we were going to order 50 FAX licenses, when someone told me that the CallPilot...
So is the NTZE07BA a piece of software? Or is it just configuring the CalliPilot server?
Why can't we purchase faxing keycodes anywhere? The reason I ask is because if I type in the numbers they gave me in google a bunch of sites show up selling the faxing keycodes. I'm just curious, I don't...
I have a few quick questions. Maybe someone here can clarify.
So we have a CS1000E R5.50 & CallPilot 600r with CallPilot Manager Version 05.00.41.29
OK, so all we would like to do at the moment is setup CallPilot so we can Fax using the CallPilot desktop messaging program. As of right now we...

Sorry, please excuse my ignorance. I'm new to these forums. How do you go about messaging someone?
I'm not getting any help out of our vendor. They still have not gotten back with me.
Yeah tell me about it, it's really aggravating when you're trying to get things done. The only disks I found laying around here is just documentation disks.
As for access to the Nortel website, our vendor only gave me access to the forums pretty much. They would not give me access to the...
Is there a way to do this through Telnet? I can't seem to find the application builder software. I called our reseller and they said that they would charge for them to put it on their FTP site for me to download. Which I kind of think is wrong because we have a maintenance contract with them...
Alright, I cannot seem to figure this out for the life of me. We have one CS1000 and one 600r Call Pilot Server. We only have about 40 employee's so this shouldn't be to complicated. Please excuse my ignorance because I'm kind of a newbie to this. OK, so our company uses what I think is...
