IVR and remote ACD path transfer

Yes that was spot on. The Ip trunk is somehow defined as public trunk. In the CoS for the IVR port Public Network to Public Network was disallowed. Switching it on allowed the forward. Thanks for the tip, I'll remember that. Cheers

IVR and remote ACD path transfer

Thanks KwbMitel. I'll try that. Interestingly, the call seems to be presented on the agent phone for a split of second. The agent hasn't got time to answer the call and the call is requeued endlessly.

IVR and remote ACD path transfer

Hi guys, I've a cluster of 2 x Mitel ICP3300 controllers MCD6.0 PR1. I've also a contact center with 2 IVRS (on at each site) with resilients ports located at both site. When a call comes in to Site A, IVR A execute a call flow, play the initial greetings and should then transfer the call to...

    Configuring analog trunk please help

Hi guys, I've a PSTN to SIP gateway i'm trying to use with a Mitel CXii controller running MCD6.0 SP2. I've never programmed an analog trunk before so i'm moving in the dark here ... as usual the Mitel documentation is poor The SIP gateway has an FXO port. (Cisco SPA3102) Could someone point...

    analogue/ FXO to SIP trunk

Hi guys, I hope someone can point me in the right direction. My client is getting rid of their private analogue trunks and wants to replace those with SIP trunks using analog to SIP converters(cost saving while keeping the service up). The remote PBX are non Mitel. I would like to simulate...

Outgoing Call ID .... based on the called party

thanks guys, Well it works fine with CPN substitution. My agents are indeed ACD agents but they only have one agent ID each. Their ID belong to different ACD groups that are presented with different inbound numbers. They manage their group(s) presence with "group presence" keys, so they only...

Outgoing Call ID .... based on the called party

Hi Guys, My company provides various service desks each assigned to a unique phone number. I need to be able to advertise our outgoing call IDs based on who we're calling. I've contacted my Telco who is about to change the CLI type on my ISDN. My system is a cluster of ICP3300 CX controllers...

    Outbound CLI best practice

Hi guys, I would like to get your opinions about Outbound CLI and the best way of programming it. There is the scenario: my clients are calling our Contact center dialing different Non-geo numbers. We would like to advertise these numbers out based on what client we need to call.As the...

    Alphatag and CCM

Hi Mitelpassion Thanks for your reply. I have had a look at the log files. It did not show any useful information. However I found out what the problem was. The phone from which I was doing my testing had an alphatag in the Telephone directory of following form: "Name {Ext}, Firstname". This...

    Alphatag and CCM

Hi guys, I'm using prairyfire CCM with dynamic ports. Basically, I have three IVR ports that are used in many different hunt groups. Each huntgroup is bound to a different call flow. So far so good, if I'm calling a huntgroup, the call is directed to an available IVR port and the call flow is...

CCM 6.0 IVR Port and Alpha tagging issue

Hi guys I wonder if someone has come across this. I've CCM 6.0 SP1 installed with a cluster of 3300 running 5.0 SP2. If I call an ACD Path from, for example, a mobile number that has an alphatag entry in the telephone directory, the IVR port rings but does not pickup. As soon as I remove the...

    CCM getting started

Ok I found my problem. The computer name in the media server configuration refers to the CCM server. I had it configured to the ICP itself.

    CCM getting started

Right I think I found one solution about the call flow. If I create several call flows each one bind to a RAD huntgroup with all the huntgroups sharing the same RAD ports that should work. I say should because I can't test it. When I dial either the RAD port or the hunt group the system return...

    CCM getting started

Hi guys, I've recently installed a virtual CCM v6. I've never touch it before so please be gentle :) I'm reading through the documentation but ... one problem and two simple questions: I've configured my media servers in your site explorer (a cluster of 2 ICP 3300 CXi running MCD 5.0 SP2)...

Citrix receiver client within Xen APP 6.5

Hi guys, I'm not very familiar with Citrix. A client is deploying a virtual desktop solutions using thin clients. I understand their approach is more of a shared server rather than individual virtual desktop. They are using Xenapp 6.5 although I'm unsure if this is directly related. Is...

    Screensaver enforcement

OK cool I'll try that and get back to you. Thanks,

    Screensaver enforcement

Hi guys, Is there a way to enforce the screensaver policy on MCD 5.0 SP2 ? I've uploaded the screensaver using the hmtl toolkit and it works fine. However I don't know how to force all the phone to use the screen saver settings (disable by default on the phone) Is there a way to push the...

    RAD alternative solution

I don't have any CX II 3300 running MCD 5.0 yet. I'll give it a try shortly. Just a simple question about the IVR then. Is the number of port directly relevant to the number of concurrent RADs being played ? Thanks for your answer anyway :)
  19. KurpeusLondon

    RAD alternative solution

Well that's all possible because of MCD 5.0 so it also applies to embedded RAD ports if I understand it correctly.

    RAD alternative solution

@kwbMitel I've read it shortly after he mentioned it Contact Center Solution - deployement guide page 42 - 43 ---- Optimized RADs with MCD 5.0 and Contact Center Solutions Release 6.0 In Release 6.0, RADs have been optimized to minimize the number of RAD devices required by IVR Routing...
