Hi, on above a agree but on MiCollab Client Server 7.3.0.103 i do not find every field i need to be able to fix above. Must be some differnce on software. This customer has license for a stand alone MiCollab server.

The MiCollab blade says Active, when i try to stop the service it dont work and when I try to start the server say that it is already running. strange. Yes it has been up and running so this happened after a reboot and then it did not come up again. I also dont think it is a licens issue...

I have looked at the logs to see if i can find this thing in the logs, but nothing there. The agent uses DND in their COS and the do not use the MiCCM client, i Will disable the option Remote DND in the cos that is in use to see it this solvs the problem.

It i use Call Forwerad first alt and in the Busy/DND DID reroute the calls to a group. When a call is ringing on a direct ext then the call is rerouted to the reception group in this case the can not put the call back to the extentions to que.
