Solved not by entering the attd entry in the isdn public unknown numbering, but by entering a proper entry for the extension used by the attendant.

When the attendant makes an outgoing call, on list trace I can see that it does not send a calling number.
I have defined attendant in the isdn public-unknown-numbering screen.
What other options have to be configured ?
The other extensions are sending caller ID.
