Yep. All of that was already in there and it has worked from the beginning. The Mail Server and IP Address are all correct. I change it to local. It stops working completley.
Everything was setup for me before I came to work here. The word Local is set to False. I changed it to True - now I don't get the voicemail at all. Not on the Phone - Not in an email. :o(
Oh - I should also point out that I believe the original setting of -05:00 is correct. After some Googling I found that the east coast should be set to -05:00 - and that's where I hang my hat.
login to the 3300, navigate to "Voicemail"\"VM Network servers"...then amend the time zone by either + or - 1 on the element you created previously. That should do it.
