Why can't you configure standard forwarding to take care of this? Because the user wansts the option to be able to chase if they take the call or not.

We have a newly installed site that we have an issue with, when a call is sent out of the local gateway it will ring on the phone at the other end once and then drop the call. The router we are using as the gateway is: Cisco 1700 IOS Rls 12.3(11)T3. Here is what we get when we debug the call...

Is anyone aware of how to setup the immediate divert softkey on a 7970 so that it will divert to a location other than voicemail. Thanks

Or alternatively you could set up a translation rule on the gateway should you be using a router.

Have recently upgraded a user from an NT box to a 2K pro box. With NT you have the ability to get a floating clock window anywhere on the desktop but I can't find this on Win2K. Can anyone shed any light?
