Reboot didn't help any. Found that the issue was with the Maintenance/Channel Monitor in CallPilot. Had to 'Select All' then "Courtesy Stop' and 'Start' on them even though they all showed idle.
CP and Windows 2003 have been restarted gracefully a couple of times. I'll look in CP, I was looking in there earlier but I'll look a little closer for ACD Call Flow now that I know what I'm looking for. tia

Thanks. That has gotten me closer. I was able to get 02 to match what is mapped on 03 because before 02 was actually assiged to a different ext than 03. Now I need to delete both. When I do a prt, tnb, 120 0 00 26 it shows that both are mapped to the same ext. now.

Figured it out. Login to CallPilot and delete box than Add it back. Once user logins to box to reset password and setup greetings it also deletes msgs left for previous owner.
