Thanks, sorry I didn't update earlier the post, I was able to install it. The IMAT comes in 3 disk folders, I copied all the files from these folders into a single a single folder and I was able to install it. Then run it with Windows XP compability and that's it.

Thanks a lot,the misconfiguration was at the linksys switchces not the cisco router or catalyst. At linksys all the ports belong to VLAN1 as untagged, I needed to change the port into VLAN2 as untagged and exclude the VLAN1 for the port. With this, everything works fine. Thanks a lot for all...
