    It appears to have been an IP conflict with another device on the network. The DHCP server was leasing the IP I had out to VPN users but it belonged to a Cisco phone. Again, thanks for taking the time to try and help.

    Thanks for the help North323, but I just tried again this morning and I am able to connect to machines on the 50 subnet. I'm going to ask to see if our network admin changed anything as I did nothing on my home PC or router. If I can pinpoint what fixed it, I'll post my resolution here.
