    Thank you all for your replies. Oddly enough Disconnect Supervision is not available in different parts of our city yet with Bell Canada. We're looking at VoIP service with a local cable company today. Merry Christmas Have a blessed new year!

    Hi, I setup Outbound Extension transfer with pool A on a mailbox not connected to a phone, and it works when sending call to a cellphone. But it will not let the lines go. Any thoughts? Supervised disconnect is setup on line card for all four lines in pool A.
