We use a CS1000 (Meridian1) and the Symposium TAPI SP driver for simple screen pop, autodial etc. We have a 25 set licence, and have gone back to our supplier BT but been told that Avaya no longer sells new license codes, and we can't buy anymore!

I have what looks like 2 500 analogue extn's built the same (on the same FALC card too), in fact I think one was a copy of the other, on one I can issue a recall while in a call to get back to dial tone and make a second call, and on the other it seems to 'ignore' the tones and leaves...
