There are two intercom buttons on the phone as supplied. When pressed, the top one says Feature: 987, then Inactive Feature. The bottom one beeps and says Not Available. Thanks for taking the time to help me.

Thank you DSI Dave. The caller ID function works now. However, I assigned the primary line to "Pool A" as you suggested, but I still get "no line selected" if I pick up the receiver when another extension is already on line 1. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!
