Dead air at end of message, after about 10 sec it says "one moment please, operator is not available" , please leave a message. How can I get a beep prompt immediately at the end of the message? Thank you very much.

I have an after hours message recorded and system does pick up after 4 rings as configured and plays the message, however at end of message theres no "beep" prompt to leave a message. Any suggestions?? Thank you.

I'm having problems setting up greetings table, our hours is 8am till 4pm, m-f. the only message I want played is our after hours message. Now when someone calls during regular hours it goes directly to our after hours message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We have a BCM50 phone system, yesterday what we suspect was the hard drive was making a loud racket, now the system will not bootup, has 2 amber leds. We're dead in the water. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
