CallManager Network DNS
What function does the network DNS serve in CM 6.1? I inherited a system and migrated it to a new network. I just found that the domain name on the publisher is different from the subscriber and neither are the same as my network. Also, the DNS servers point to the old environment. Hunt Groups
Here is what I tried and it works great. I created a CTI Route Point with the Published DN of the group. This forwards to the hunt pilot, which is now just a dummy extension. Now I have all the options for hunting with the ability to pass the name of the CTI Route Point to the called party.- centricCD
