Outbound Lines on MICS - Analog Lines on 2 4 port cards

So - all is well. Client didn't inform me that they had forwarded lines 3-6 back to line one last night. So - that is why calls were coming into only lines 1 and 2. So - Closing this thread.

Outbound Lines on MICS - Analog Lines on 2 4 port cards

Additional Info All inbound calls come into Line 1 on the phones right now instead of on their assigned line number 1-6. All numbers ring and calls can be answered. Outbound, I can only get lines 1 and 2 to give me dialtone, even though I can attach a butt set to those lines and get dialtone...

Outbound Lines on MICS - Analog Lines on 2 4 port cards

Have a total of 6 lines. All are tested from the CO both in and out with a Butt set. On DN's have All 6 lines set to appear and ring. Phone calls in to lines 3-6 ring on line 1... - Odd. Trying to access Lines 3-6 on a handset gives no dialtone. New defaulted MICS 7.1 is the set up...

Norstar MICS PRI issue and OLI

Not saying we are out of the woods yet.... BUT The carrier (Spectrum Fiber) FINALLY happened to notice some interface errors between their two pieces of equipment (the Cisco 2901, which our PBX is plugged into and then their Fiber gateway) He initially thought it could be an autonegotiate...

Norstar MICS PRI issue and OLI

We have had some Error 75's that I'm having them verify. Seems like Clock to me if that is the issue. Some patients are reporting still poor call quality and hard to hear, etc. The dropped calls after 3 seems to only be on the one DID that we are trying to set as an OLI for the 22 handsets...

Norstar MICS PRI issue and OLI

Hello all, Norstar MICS 7.1 with PRI, 65 stations. Using all 23 channels. Was working perfectly with AT&T Fiber on their Cisco 2921 Box. We have about 22 of the 65 stations that need to use an OLI that routes to one of the DID's in our 100 block. All of that was working on the AT&T box...

Can 2 CCR Trees be used and changed by schedule?

Yeah - big pain for them now to change trees 2x a day. I think we'll just opt for creating a path that is not announced. then put the path 1 and 2 into the morning and afternoon AA initial greeting instead. Then have the path 3 only go into the AA non-business greeting. Then do a blank home...

CCR Answering DID's instead of Personal Mailbox

Yep - sounds like a need for 4.1 is the real answer. Do you know if I swap in a 4.1 HD will the channels have to be re-activated or do I need to back up capabilities first, then re-apply? Or - I could just do the Redirect DN patch if anyone knows how to get a hold of a download file for that...

Can 2 CCR Trees be used and changed by schedule?

NAM 4. MICS 6 When I go into AA, and chose table 1 only have one choice for CCR. If I go to table 2 can choose another CCR Tree there, but doesn't seem to change to table two. - maybe my schedule is not right, but so far have just been having to go into table 1 and change the CCR from 1 to 2...

Can 2 CCR Trees be used and changed by schedule?

We have a CCR Tree with 2 main paths that we would like to use during the day and another that we would like to use after hours. Is there a way through tables or something I may be missing in the AA to enable Tree 1 for business and Enable Tree 2 for non-business, so I can train the front...

CCR Answering DID's instead of Personal Mailbox

I know I've probably just forgotten something, but it has been a while since I've seen this. MICS with PRI 4 digit DNIS coming down. AA going to CCR tree on a NAM. The problem I'm seeing is that internally, when you dial an extension, CFNA goes to the person's correct mailbox, as does Busy...
