Tried 985/9 to no avail

Unfortunately, feature 903 is also coming up as an invalid feature.

I am asked for a "Log:". After entering our password, I receive an "invalid password" message. After 3 tries, the system exits.

Unfortunately, I have already power cycled about half a dozen times. I fear I have fallen into the 20%.

Later yesterday, I found the issue. The end user left a microSD adapter in the SD slot. Without a card in the adapter, no memory could be seen. Unfortunately, this particular adapter looked very much like a side guide, which made it hard to recognize it at first.
