    Aspect wants to upgrade from UIP 6.5.1 to 6.6.6

    Aspect wants to upgrade us from 6.5.1 to a newer version, but they say that they need 3 days downtime for the upgrade. this is nonsense. anyone else been int his situation ? have any suggestions advice?
