    Best way to ID is to serial connect as firebird says 9600,8,n,1....However it almost sounds that you may not know the nnadmin credential. In that case you need the nonsupport credential from POD tool

    pre loaded HD best way to go. If you need to use BIT tool you would need access to KRS to generate the UNIQUE ID code to allow ghost.

    What Rel 5.0 or 6.0? make sure the REL of new HD is same size and REL. It just requires a Blank properly partitioned BCM release HD for mirror. The mirror on a 450 is a SW keycode so hopefully the REL match.
