Customer gave us VPN access to their network. I can Ping the 200ICP, however when I use Secure Telnet and connect, it pauses for about 30 seconds and then displays connection terminated.
Customer says nothing is blocked, but I am pretty sure something is up with the firewall, anyone expierence...
Does anyone know a way to group page & overhead at the same time? The only way I know is to burn an IP license and program a IP page unit.

Does anyomne know of a way to program CPN from an existing key line on a Mitel set? I have 5 (5320) phones with the same key line. The customer would like the prime key to show the main company number and if the key line is pressed show a different CPN number when dialing out.

Thanks Slapin....when I look at the 3750....the lights are flickering so fast (out of the ordinary if you ask me). Would that affect the Minet signaling? If so, should I enable STP?

I just learned that CDP (Cisco Discovery Protocol) is enabled. IT vendor is stating that it has to be enabled for his Cisco switches. Could this be the issue?

I should have explained that better...
The issue is happening between two internal extensions (x102 calls x103..etc).
However this is a 5 site network, so usisng the MPLS we can dial across to another site with a code like 81+xxx (xxx being the extension number)
When we pull the wire shark...
It is happening on 2 different sites (MPLS). The funny thing is I get jitter all the time on the WAN. However these are local extension calls internal calling only not across the WAN. Somehow the WAN congestion is affection my (LAN) voice subnet....We have qos enabled and we are using separate...
Thanks slapin, I will reach out to the IT guy and ask him to make those changes. I pull more logs today and wiresahrk captures. The users complained more last friday (5/17). Same problem. (IP network congestion on the IP trunks). When that happens the local IP phones expierence this issue...
We have had IP phones deployed through a network of 200 ICP's (5-ICP's) for about 2 years. We were using HP 2620 POE switches with VLAN 180. Everything has been running fine for about two years. The customer replaced all swicthes with Cisco 3750 POE 4 months ago. 2 sites now have constant issues...

I always asssumed that the Mitel could handle SIP trunks directly, i guess iw as wrong.

MitelInMyBlood- I thought I was all set, however the customer just dropped off the cabinet. It is a Micro light ( 9400-200-158-NA). Looking at the installtion guide, it does not show where the ONS/DNIC cards are supposed to be installed . Also, the slots are not numbered. The Power converter...
