I have several agents who's phone will buzz when they dial another agent internal on the originator set. I have looked in the NTP but can not remember the CLS to change to make this stop. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have several M3904's that will log the agent out when the handset is returned to the cradle after the agent logs in. All CLS are the same as the other phones. What am I missing here?
