Curlycord It is a Bogen PCM 2000. It contains a PCM TIM, PCM CPU and PCM ZPM. The PCM TIM has a page port I believe they tried to connect this to the Violet/brown and violet/slate and was not able to page dialing F62. Thank you all
I have a CICS and a 3rd party installed a Bogen Page Equipment. I have the external paging working on a CO port. I access line 7 and dial 00 and the horns work. I can page through phones as well on another page button. I do not know how to get the horns and phones to page at the same time as it...
I am trying to find out some info on a Vodavi 5000 telephone system. I called Vertical and they said it is a Mach 1. Is there a cordless phone that integrates with this system? My customer wants 3 cordless handsets. The existing vendor went out of business. Thank you
Curly and DB I really appreciate you guys on this forum, I spend alot of time just reading info that relates to work or issues I see in the field. Keep up the good work it is appreciated.

I have a spare KSU & NVRAM, I pulled the NVARM out of it and installed my software in a spare NVRM and installed it back and it kept my programming. I then reversed tis an dput the old NVRAM in my KSU with my S/W and again my programming all remained intact.
I did validate the S/W is 6.0 and the NVRAM Cartridge is RLS 1. Can I power down the KSU install a newer NVRAM with my 6.0 S/W and power back up, maintain my programming? There is a large UPS connected but the past power failures were due to weather and power was out 8-24hrs.
Thank you,
Joe
My customer is experiencing a couple of programming issues when loss of power. We lose our outbound route for the PRI when we have lossed power due to recent bad weather. All other programming stays. Is this a battery issue? is there a corrective action?
Folks, thanks for the help. I managed to get it corrected this early morning. The cure was to remove the PRI and program it as if it was a LS/DS trunk card / loop. then change it back to the PRI. I never have seen this before but hope this helps others in the future. Thank you
Installed new MICS XC 7.1 S/W upgrading from MICS 7.0. Now I can make outbound calls but cannot receive calls. Sysytem maintained programming except setting up my routes for the PRI. When calling inbound I receive a dial tone. Worked with AT&T and they say it is from my system. Any ideas is...
