    Thanks for your reply. I had just talked to AT&T and they said it has to do with the call volume in our area, not specifically our T1. We have a digital line, T1. Does the MERLIN PBX have message like "All Circuits Are Busy"?

    Hi Everyone, A customer called our main line and heard "All Circuits Are Busy" message, and then dial a second time and got through. Is this a provider (AT&T) issue or phone system issue? Thanks.
