Customer has windows 7 64 bit unable to load phone manager 4.2.34. error message . The application has failed to start because its side-by-side config is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxtrace.exce tool. Any help would be great. Thanks

have done a doctor voip test,and tests were ok,customer has a remote user on diferent site testing ok,traffic is not an issue its a small sight with one pc using the vpn,will try to capture monitor trace when calls in place.thanks
