The base setup for the Mitel 400 includes one 6873 IP phone with one PKM. Since the Operator and Hospitality check boxes are in the permission sets, one can use two or more 6873 phones as consoles at the front desk correct?

I HAD an issue with Embedded VM users passwords getting cleared out in R9.0.9. I upgraded the system to 9.0.10 and have not gotten any complaints of user passwords getting cleared but now my SMTP settings password is getting cleared out. I can set it, save/reboot and open the config it's there...

For some reason my customer with R9.0, Passwords are getting randomly reset. They do have VM Pro but the password is set and seemingly cleared from the config. I have changed the password in case someone is messing with me... But no explanation.

New IP Office R9.1.4 installed in basic mode with 3920 cordless phones on the ETR card.
If a call is transferred to the cordless extensions they can answer but gets no audio.

For some reason I can't log into the IP Office (9.0.9) from Manager 9.0.9 and then Manager was upgraded to 9.1.4 while troubleshooting. I am able to log into system status. I am trying to log in to Manager using the VM Pro computer. I am able to log in using manager from my laptop 9.1.4.

I went ahead and recreated the card in 9.1.4 and same issue. Recreated it again in 9.1.4 WITHOUT using the laptop for anything else until it completed, and now it allowed the change from basic to ip office. First time it's done that.
