    We are running 4.0 with an Exchange backend and have fax reception only turned on. Works just fine. Is there a report that will tell us how many fax receptions have taken place, successful or not successful?

    Thanks for the reply texeric. so you're saying, they will not have to be re-recorded, they are just restricted to their 'current' max time value while any new announcements max time value will be the new setting?

    Bunkman, that is the same error I am getting. I can rectify the problem by stopping and restarting the Real Speak Host service.

    I am getting intermittent Real Speak errors. Errors are cleared by stopping and starting the service. Running MM v4.0 SP5 MS Exchange. Just started a couple of days ago.
