Just to close off this question... Installing version 1.0.0.18 (r1.18) of the Ericsson TSP for the MD110 resolves the issue. Thanks!- mbsoft

Thanks for the insight on this! I wonder why Ericsson is shipping our R7A adapters with 1.0.0.17 software??? I've been unsuccessful in getting update TSP s/w from Ericsson. Any idea how we go about getting the appropriate 1.0.0.18 s/w? Thanks again! Jim WELCH jwelch@mbsoft.com- mbsoft

We are in the process of integrating an existing CTI application with a client who uses the Ericsson MD110 PBX.
