Tried changing the ip of the TFTP server under system tab to be the same IP of the machine with manager on it. Turned off the windows firewall on the machine. Plugged back in with the same result. Any other ideas?

Thanks for that, I tried logging into Manager and plugging the phone into a port on the main unit. I watched the TFTP logs. It didn't work. How do I ensure that the working directory is set to the manager directory? Do I need to reboot the system with the phone pluged in and the mgr up?

Neither, this is old. It runs on an old OS2 machine. They are currently using it as a phone database list and thats all. The machine can't connect to the actual phone at the reception desk.
