I have yes turned on for every COR and that is both set to none. I can transfer a cell phone call if someone calls me externally. I can not transfer an internal number to an external number. Very weird.
We have a few people trying to transfer to a off-pbx number but they are getting a denial event.
09:57:39 denial event 1807: Outward restrict D1=0x8c0016 D2=0x830001

I'm not sure why it doesn't work since they are able...
No clues in the eventvwr. I have tryed deleting all files in C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\WMI\RtBackup. I turned the service to automatic and made sure everthing is enabled in the programs and features. I found a solution before with delete certain registry keys and can no longer find the site...
Were having a lot of problems with Windows search recently. Windows Search services disables on every reboot even though the service is set to start automatically. Any ideas? Were running Windows 7 Enterprise.
Is there anyway to set distinctive ringing in communication manager for 4610 IP phones? They would like a difference between internal and external calls.
I am having a problem with call forwarding to a cell phone. Whenever a callfwd is setup, it is not displaying a CPNumber. If a normal call is called, it shows the CPNumber. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? The first trace is a call forward and the second is a normal dialed number...
I guess I'm alittle confused. I'm not sure how to go about that. We have multiple gateways in different locations. How does it know to use those extensions with that specific route pattern to connect to the trunk? It doesn't seem that each location has it's own route table. I guess it just...
Ok so how would I go about doing that? They are switching from their current PRI and going onto this SIP. I'm going to use their current route pattern but how do I setup the ARS to use that location/tenant?
I'm looking for some help on our SIP trunk. We currenty have everything setup for our SIP trunk. We can receive calls on it and forward to any extension we want. We have tested the tac on it and we are able to outbound dial. I was hoping to get some help on how do you specify the stations to use...
We recently upgraded our 8300 to 5.2 and want to start using the 9620 phones. I realize it needs to use HTTP now to download the latest firmware. I have it poiting to our HTTP server and it goes through the 96xxupgrade.txt to the 46xxsetings.txt and then proceeds to the upgrade file...
We recently upgraded our 8300 so we are able to use the 9620 model phones. Will the 46xxx settings file still work? Can it still go through TFTP to be able to add the code for dialing an 8 instead of a 9 for calls in the call log?
When we view the log of missed calls and try to dial a number, the phone automatically adds a 9 and 1 before the number. We need to dial an 8 to get out instead of a 9. Where is this setting at to change it? Is it the actual firmware or is there the setting on the phone?
Thanks in advance.
