BCM 450 Callpilot not transfering messages internally.
All prompts personnal or defaults seem to play just fine. Error logs within then callpilot manager doesn't seem to show any errors on the systems either, even whatever is causing my problems. Have not tried level 2 reset yet. Might try that If the Nortel Engneering remoting into site today is...- shanecoopercraft

BCM 450 Callpilot not transfering messages internally.
Customer has BCM 450 with latest software patches, The voicemail seems to be not transfering voice messeges internal, example: create group list then leave message for that group list with F980 and it all seems to work but the message never reaches the assigned mailboxs.
