    Yeah I checked the ports right away and they are not in use have been doing the reboots to get around it. I have also checked the cards and swapped them around to see if they are failing. I have noticed that when someone changes a greeting the automated attendant seems to be a little slugish...

    Hello, I have an Octel 100 system. For some reason the voice mailbox will stay in use and will not unlock. Is there a way to unlock this without taking the system down? Any suggestions would be great!
